Painting will be released to Purchaser upon payment of Purchase Price. Purchase Price to be paid immediately.

Painting is at Purchaser’s risk from time of payment, from which time insurance and transportation of painting is sole responsibility of the artist.

The Purchaser agrees and confirms that all copyright in the Painting for all purposes commercial or otherwise including but not limited to rights of reproduction and publication remain vested in the Artist.

The Artist retains the right to request loan of the Painting for exhibition purposes including but not limited to exhibitions, in particular in museums.
